OUR HISTORY

Serendipity Hair Care was established in 2010 as a mobile hair service.  It was a great way to get started on my own with minimal overhead and the freedom to serve anyone and everyone!  Upon the completion of our home in 2011, an area was designated for the salon.  At this point I still continued to travel as well as service clients around the Toledo area at home.  As the business grew it was obvious I had the support behind me to hire another stylist.  The traffic was getting pretty heavy for a home salon so we started hunting for the right home for the salon.  After a fairly long search in May 2017 we stumbled across 26 Main St. Athens... PERFECTION!  It's bright, cozy, and fresh!  And on Main St. Athens.  We immediately started work to turn the space into a salon!  As of June 2017 I had opened here and started serving clients.  Not long after opening I knew the business was going to thrive so I started to search for the right addition to help out.  This was no easy process, after over a year I finally found her!  In December 2018 I welcomed Emily Nichols to the team. I feel blessed to be able to help support my family and community while I work at doing something I love.   If your a client thank you for helping this dream come true.  If you aren't I hope you have
